Our top priority here at Love My Puppy is customer satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your order, send an email to info@lovemypuppy.us within 7 days and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
All returns for refund or exchange must be received within 14 days of shipment receipt. All merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging with tags attached. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns. We do not accept COD returns.
We recommend you send your return via Federal Express Ground, UPS Ground or by US Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for any return that has been lost during shipping.
